Fixer Leberkäs' salad

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 3 Gherkins + 4 tablespoons cucumber stock
  • 350 g Sliced Leberkäse
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 collar Radishes
  • 3 TABLESPOONS White wine vinegar
  • 1⁄2 Tsp Mustard
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper, sugar
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Oil

Directions

    Cut the cucumbers into slices. Cut Leberkäse into fine strips. Peel and halve onion and cut into thin strips. Clean the radishes (put some green aside), wash and cut into slices.

    For the vinaigrette, mix cucumber stock, vinegar, mustard, salt, pepper and sugar. Fold in the oil. Mix prepared ingredients with vinaigrette. Finely chop the radish greens and sprinkle over the salad.

    Lye bread rolls taste good with it.
