Flambé with bacon and spring onions

Ingredients

  • 400 g Schmand
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt and pepper
  • 1 collar Spring onions
  • 10 discs Bacon (breakfast bacon)
  • 200 g Sour cherries
  • 200 g ripe camembert
  • 2 (260 g each) Rolls of tarte flambée dough
  • baking paper

Directions

    Stir sour cream until smooth and season with salt and pepper. Clean and wash spring onions and cut into rings. Cut bacon into strips. Wash and stone the cherries. Cut cheese into slices and halve crosswise.

    Preheat oven (electric cooker: 200°C/circulating air: 175°C/gas: level 3). Line two to three baking trays with baking paper. Unroll doughs. Tear into 8 equally sized pieces. Spread the dough pieces on the baking trays and spread with the sour cream.

    Cover one half of the dough pieces with cherries and cheese. Sprinkle the other half with spring onions and bacon. Bake one after the other in a hot oven for about 15 minutes.
