  • 4 Stem(s) Thyme
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 1 (approx. 1.5 kg) ready-to-cook chicken
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sweet peppers
  • 7-10 Tbsp a little + 2-3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1.2 kg ripe tomatoes (e.g. bottled, yellow or curly)

    Wash the thyme, pluck the leaves and chop them. Peel and chop the garlic. Cut the chicken lengthwise on its back, wash thoroughly and pat dry. Cut the sternum so far that the chicken can be laid flat.
