Wash the fillets, dab dry. Fry in hot oil in a pot for about 4 minutes on each side. Peel and core the apple. Peel onion. Cut both into small cubes
Seed the pumpkin with a spoon. Peel and roughly dice. Season fillets and take out. Sauté onion in frying fat. Steam pumpkin and apple for about 2 minutes

Lift out 3 tablespoons of pumpkin. Puree the soup. Stir in flakes, bring to the boil. Heat meat and pumpkin pieces in it. Serve with crème fraîche and chives
