Fried mushrooms with creme fraiche and thyme

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 500 g Mushrooms
  • 8 Stem(s) Thyme
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Rapeseed oil
  • 25 g Butter
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 4 discs brown bread
  • 100 g Fresh cream

Directions

    Clean, clean and slice the mushrooms, or cut small mushrooms in half. Wash thyme, shake dry. Strip the leaves from the stalks, except for a little bit for garnishing. Peel and chop garlic

    Heat oil and butter in a pan and fry the mushrooms for about 5 minutes. After about 3 minutes add garlic and thyme. Season to taste with salt and pepper

    Toast the bread in portions. Add crème fraîche to the mushrooms and heat briefly. Arrange bread and mushrooms on plates, garnish with thyme
