Ingredients

  • 150 g Sugar
  • 1 collar fresh mint
  • 7-10 Tbsp Juice of 1 lemon
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Rum
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pineapple Slices

Directions

    Bring 250 ml water with sugar to the boil and remove from the stove

    Wash mint, shake dry, pluck off leaves. Put 4-5 leaves aside. Put the rest of the mint into the pot, cover and let it cool down

    Pour mint syrup through a sieve, mix with lemon juice and rum. Pour into a flat container and freeze for 3-4 hours, stirring every 30 minutes with a fork at the beginning

    Cut the remaining mint into strips. Fill frozen mojito into glasses, decorate with pineapple and mint strips
