Halve, clean and wash the peppers. Cut the halves into small cubes. Clean and wash spring onions and cut into rings. Peel and finely dice the onion. Peel and finely chop the ginger and garlic. Wash the coriander, dab dry and put 3 stems aside for garnishing.
Coarsely chop the remaining leaves. Prepare pasta in boiling salted water according to package instructions. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a frying pan. Add onion and fry for 1-2 minutes. Add minced meat, paprika, garlic and ginger and fry for 2-3 minutes. First dust with flour and curry, then deglaze with broth. Let simmer. In the meantime heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan. First roast cashew nuts, then add spring onions and fry for about 1 minute. Add cream to the minced meat sauce and season to taste with salt, pepper and a little paprika powder. Add spring onions, cashew nuts and chopped coriander to the minced meat sauce.
