Ingredients

  • 4 Garlic cloves
  • 250 g soft butter
  • 200 g Double cream cheese (room temperature)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper

Directions

    Peel garlic, press flat and roast in a pan without fat until golden brown. Remove.

    Mix garlic, butter and cream cheese with the whisk of the mixer for about 4 minutes until creamy. Season with salt and pepper.
