Wash the cucumber thoroughly and dab dry. Cut off approx. 20 thin slices and grate the rest of the cucumber coarsely. Drain well on kitchen paper. Peel and finely chop the onion. Stir curd and cream until smooth. Add the grated cucumber and diced onion.
Season with salt and pepper. Fry the giros in a pan for about 5 minutes while turning. Wash parsley, dab dry and chop coarsely. Cover bread slices with cucumber slices. Spread the giros and tsatziki on top and sprinkle parsley on top. Cover with the remaining bread slices
