  • 1 pack of (600 g) fresh gnocchi (refrigerated shelf)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 50 g dried tomatoes
  • 75 g Walnut kernels
  • 8 TABLESPOONS Butter
  • 3 Stem(s) Sage
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper

Directions

    Put the gnocchi in boiling salted water, let them steep for about 2 minutes and drain. Cut tomatoes into strips. Chop walnuts roughly. Heat butter and sage in a frying pan, add gnocchi, tomatoes and walnuts and let them foam up briefly, season with salt and pepper and serve.
