Cook the gnocchi in boiling salted water until they rise.
Cut the onion into cubes, clean the mushrooms with a kitchen towel and cut them into slices about 2 mm thick.
Put the fat in a pan and fry the onion, mushrooms and wild mushrooms for about 8 minutes.
Then add a dash of soy milk (even if you don't like soy milk: try it! You won't taste it in the sauce), thicken with the starch mixed with a little water.
Then season to taste with vegetable stock and garnish with basil leaves.
