Ingredients

Servings: 6
  • 7-10 Tbsp - 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp - Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp - Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp - Sugar
  • 7-10 Tbsp - 2-4 Tbsp oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp - approx. 100 g leaf salad (e.g. rocket)
  • 7-10 Tbsp - 50 g Gorgonzola
  • 7-10 Tbsp - 12 dried dates
  • 7-10 Tbsp - 6 thin slices of Black Forest Ham
  • 7-10 Tbsp - Party sticks

Directions

    Mix vinegar, salt, pepper and 1 pinch of sugar. Fold in 1-2 tablespoons of oil. Wash the salad and cut into fine strips. Dice cheese finely. Seed dates and fill with cheese. Cut ham in half lengthwise.

    Wrap dates with it.

    Heat 1-2 tablespoons of oil. Fry the dates for about 5 minutes, skewer them on party sticks and keep warm. Mix salad and marinade shortly before serving. Distribute everything in glasses or on a plate.
