Remove the foil from the Schlemmer filet. Bake the fillet in the aluminium tray in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ gas: level 3) for approx. 35 minutes. Meanwhile cook the noodles in boiling salted water for 9-10 minutes. Clean, wash and halve the tomatoes. Peel garlic and chop finely.
Drain noodles, rinse and drain well on a sieve. Heat oil in a pan, fry garlic, tomatoes and olives for about 1 minute, add pasta and heat again. Take the gourmet fillet out of the oven, carefully lift it out of the aluminium bowl and cut it in half. Arrange the gourmet filet and noodles on two plates and serve garnished with basil as desired
