Grape Kiwi grits

Ingredients

  • 500 g light grapes, if possible seedless
  • 3 Kiwis
  • 3/8 l apple juice
  • 1 package Vanillin sugar
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS Lemon juice
  • 3-4 tablespoons (approx. 30 g) Cornstarch
  • 1/2 l Milk
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Sugar
  • 1 package Dessert sauce "Vanilla Flavor

Directions

    Wash the grapes, pluck them from the stalks, halve them and possibly remove the seeds. Peel kiwis, halve and slice them. Boil up apple juice, vanilla sugar and lemon juice. Stir cornflour in a little cold water until smooth, pour into the boiling apple juice and bring to the boil while stirring.

    Add the fruit to the juice, fill into a bowl and let it cool down. Take off about 3 tablespoons of the milk and mix with sugar and sauce powder. Boil up the remaining milk in a pot. Add sauce powder while stirring, bring to the boil and allow to cool.
