Ingredients

  • 2 Onions
  • 1 Cucumbers
  • 4 Tomatoes
  • 7-10 Tbsp Juice of 1 lemon
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1/2 TEASPOON dried oregano
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 300 g pickled sheep's cheese
  • 7-10 Tbsp lemon corners and
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepperoni

Directions

    Peel onions and cut them into thin rings. Wash cucumbers, cut into thin slices. Clean, wash and cut the tomatoes into eighths. Mix prepared ingredients. Season lemon juice with salt, pepper and oregano.

    Beat olive oil into it. Fold the marinade into the salad and crumble the feta cheese over it. Serve garnished with lemon wedges and pepperoni.
