Greek yoghurt with melon and pistachio honey

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 600 g Greek yogurt
  • 1 package Vanillin sugar
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Pistachio kernels
  • 4 TABLESPOONS liquid honey (e.g. acacia honey)
  • 1 small cantaloupe melon

Directions

    Stir yoghurt and vanilla sugar until smooth. Coarsely chop the pistachios and mix with the honey.

    Halve the melon, remove the seeds with a tablespoon. Cut the melon into slices and cut the flesh from the skin. Possibly halve melon slices.

    Arrange yoghurt with melon and pistachio honey.
