Green and yellow bean salad with red onions

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 300 g Cutting beans
  • 300 g Wax beans
  • 300 g Princess beans
  • 2 small red onions
  • 5-6 Tbsp Balsamic Bianco vinegar
  • 1 TABLESPOON Sugar
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp red berries

Directions

    Clean the beans, wash them. Cut beans in thirds, wax and princess beans possibly in halves. Cook the beans in boiling water for 5-7 minutes. Drain and rinse with cold water

    Onions peel, halve and in narrow columns cut. Mix vinegar and sugar. Fold in oil in a thin stream. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Add onions and stir well. Mix the vinaigrette with the beans. Cover the vinaigrette and let it stand for about 1 hour. Season salad again with salt, pepper and vinegar. Arrange on a plate and sprinkle with red berries
