Wash and clean the zucchini, cut lengthwise into quarters and cut into slices. Peel garlic and chop coarsely. Drain peppers and cut into strips. Cut cheese into slices and grill on the hot grill while turning for 2-3 minutes.
Spread on 4 pieces of aluminium foil. Place prepared vegetables on top. Season with salt and pepper and spread herb butter in pieces on top. Close the tinfoil tightly to form packages. Cook on the hot grill for 10-15 minutes.
Roasted bread tastes good with it.
