Wash the salad and shake dry. Halve the cheese. Heat the wheat cake briefly in the microwave or in a hot pan. Spread 2/3 of each flat cake with mustard, leaving about 1 cm free at the edges.
Spread the salad, ham and cheese on the mustard. Fold 1/3 of the pancake over the filling and roll it up from one side. Wrap the wraps with paper and tie with kitchen string.
