Ingredients

Servings: 6
  • 6-8 leaves Baby Romaine Lettuce
  • 6 discs Gouda cheese in slices
  • 6 (approx. 20 cm Ø) Tortilla wraps
  • 6 TABLESPOONS Mustard
  • 6 discs cooked ham
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sandwich paper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Kitchen yarn

Directions

    Wash the salad and shake dry. Halve the cheese. Heat the wheat cake briefly in the microwave or in a hot pan. Spread 2/3 of each flat cake with mustard, leaving about 1 cm free at the edges.

    Spread the salad, ham and cheese on the mustard. Fold 1/3 of the pancake over the filling and roll it up from one side. Wrap the wraps with paper and tie with kitchen string.
