Ham and melon skewers

Ingredients

Servings: 20
  • 1/2 Charentais or honeydew melon (approx. 450 g)
  • 10 Disc/s Parma ham
  • 8 Stem/s Basil
  • 150 g Mini-Mozzarella balls (20 pieces)
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 20 Skewers

Directions

    Remove the seeds from the melon, cut into slices, peel and cut into 20 cubes. Cut ham slices lengthwise in half. Wash basil, shake dry and pluck the leaves from the stalks.

    Wrap 1 melon cube with 1 strip of ham around each. Stick each with 1 mozzarella ball and 1 basil leaf on skewers. Drizzle with oil and sprinkle with pepper.
