Clean and wash the Brussels sprouts and halve them according to size. Peel and chop the onion. Peel, wash and chop the potatoes. Peel the skin from the sausages. Slice the chorizo, cut the sausage into small pieces
Heat the oil in a pot and fry the chorizo. Add sausage and onion and fry briefly. Add tomato paste, sauté. Add potatoes and Brussels sprouts, deglaze with broth. Season with salt, pepper, sugar and paprika. Cover and simmer for 20-25 minutes
