Preheat oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/circulating air: 180 °C/gas: see manufacturer). Line a tray with baking paper.
Mix liquid honey and grainy mustard. Coat 8 small fried sausages all around with a little marinade and place on the tray. Bake in a hot oven for 25-35 minutes. Turn over in between and brush with the remaining marinade.
