Ingredients

  • 2 Organic lemons
  • 200-250 ml tonic water
  • 80-100 ml strong, cold coffee
  • 2 stems Mint
  • 7-10 Tbsp Ice cube

    Wash the lemons hot, grate them dry and peel 2 thin spirals from the peel. Hang lemon spirals in the glasses and fill the glasses halfway with ice cubes. Pour tonic water into the glasses first, then add 40-50 ml of coffee to each glass. Decorate with mint.
