Cut flat bread into large cubes. Peel garlic. Heat the oil in a frying pan in portions, press some garlic on it and fry the bread cubes in it in portions until crispy brown all around. Drain on kitchen paper. Clean, wash and cut the salad into strips. Clean, wash and slice the tomatoes.
Drain the mozzarella and cut into slices. Pluck the basil leaves from the stalks. Mix yoghurt and mayonnaise. Add basil, season with salt and pepper. Place lettuce, tomatoes, mozzarella, bread cubes and basil sauce in a large, tall container
