Clean, wash and cut the leek into rings. Wash, halve and core the chilli and cut into rings. Heat oil in a pot. Fry the minced meat in it until crumbly. Add 1/3 of the leek to the minced meat and fry briefly.
Add curry, coriander, chilli and stock and bring to the boil. Add pasta and remaining leek and cook for about 10 minutes at medium heat. Season to taste with sugar and salt.
