Grate cheese. Peel potatoes, wash thoroughly and grate coarsely. Mix potatoes, egg and breadcrumbs. Season well with salt, pepper and marjoram. Wash the meat, dab dry and place on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Spread the potato mixture on top and sprinkle with cheese.
Bake in a preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ gas: level 3) for approx. 25 minutes. In the meantime, wash and clean the broccoli, cut into florets and possibly slice the stems. Put broccoli in boiling salted water and cook for 12-14 minutes. Heat the butter. Drain the broccoli. Serve the gratinated pork loin and broccoli with butter on a plate
