Clean, wash and cut the peppers into pieces. Peel and roughly dice the onion. Rinse shrimps cold and dab dry. Peel garlic and chop finely. Fry prawns and garlic in hot oil.
Season with salt and pepper and cook for about 5 minutes while turning. Remove from the pan. Steam peppers and onions in frying oil for 8-10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Add the prawns and warm them up.
Wash parsley, dab dry, chop and sprinkle over it.
