For the syrup for the lavender lemonade: Wash the lemon hot, grate dry, halve the fruit, squeeze the juice. Boil up the squeezed lemon, sugar and 1/4 litre of water. Remove the pot from the heat and add the lavender flowers and lemon juice. Let the syrup cool down. Waiting time approx. 1 hour
Pour cold syrup through a sieve and fill into clean bottles. Refrigerate the syrup and consume within 2 weeks. Mix syrup to taste with mineral water to make lavender lemonade.
