Lentil soup with pear wedges

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1 Stalk leek (leek)
  • 2 medium-sized pears
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 1 can(s) (850 ml) Lenses with
  • 7-10 Tbsp Soup Greens
  • 3/4 l clear broth (instant)
  • 200 g Kabanossi
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper

Directions

    Clean, wash and cut the leek into rings. Pears wash, quarter, core and cut into thin slices. Heat oil in a pot. Sauté leek and pears.

    Add lentils and stock. Bring to the boil, cover and cook for 5 minutes. Cut Kabanossi into slices and heat in the soup. Season to taste with salt and pepper
