Ingredients

  • 3 TABLESPOONS flaked almonds
  • 100 ml strong coffee
  • 5 TABLESPOONS Amaretto liqueur
  • 8 Ladyfingers
  • 400 g Edible quark (20 % fat in dry matter)
  • 1 Package
  • 7-10 Tbsp Bourbon vanilla sugar or vanillin sugar
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS Sugar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Cocoa
  • 7-10 Tbsp Mint and chocolate rolls

Directions

    Roast the flaked almonds and let them cool down. Mix coffee and liqueur. Place two ladyfingers each on a dessert plate. Drizzle half the coffee over them

    Cream quark, vanilla sugar and remaining coffee. Season to taste with sugar. Fold in about 2 tablespoons of flaked almonds

    Spread the quark cream over the lady fingers. Dust with cocoa and sprinkle with the remaining flaked almonds. Decorate with mint and chocolate rolls if desired

    This Tiramisu variation is ready in a flash. But you can also prepare it a few hours before consumption. If it stands for longer, only the lady fingers will pull through more. Bourbon vanilla sugar is now also available in larger units, e.g. in tins. About 2 teaspoons correspond to 1 sachet
