Prepare the pasta in boiling salted water according to the instructions on the packet. Wash parsley, shake dry and chop coarsely. Peel onion and garlic and chop finely. Grind anchovies, olives, capers, onions and parsley in a mortar to a homogeneous paste.
Fold in oil.
Pour the pasta into a bowl and mix with the salsa. Season with salt. Sprinkle with coarse pepper.
