Prepare the pasta in boiling salted water according to the instructions on the packet. Mix eggs and milk, season well with salt and pepper. Drain macaroni, drain and layer in an ovenproof dish.
Pour egg milk over it. Allow to stand in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C/ gas: level 3) for 60-70 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese 15 minutes before the end of cooking time.
