Macaroni and Vegetable Pan

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 400 g Macaroni
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 2 packages (300 g each) frozen Farmers vegetables
  • 1/4 l Milk
  • 2 packages "Fine light sauce Dutch style"
  • 2 TEASPOONS Lemon juice
  • 7-10 Tbsp white pepper
  • 1 collar Parsley

Directions

    Put macaroni in boiling salted water and cook for 10-12 minutes. Put vegetables in a pot with 1/4 litre of water, bring to the boil, cover and cook for 8-10 minutes. Bring 1/4 litre of water and milk to the boil, add the sauce powder while stirring and bring to the boil.

    Season to taste with lemon juice, salt and pepper. Wash parsley, dab dry and chop finely. Add vegetables and parsley to the sauce. Drain the macaroni and arrange in a bowl with the vegetables.

    Garnish with parsley.
