Ingredients

Servings: 6
  • 2–3 Mangoes (approx. 750 g)
  • 5 Stem(s) Mint
  • 220 ml brown rum
  • 80 ml Lemon squash (alternatively lemon juice and 1 tablespoon sugar)
  • 350 g crushed ice

Directions

    Peel 2-3 mangos (approx. 750 g). Cut the flesh from the stone. Wash 5 stalks of mint, dab dry. Mix mango, mint leaves, 220 ml brown rum, 80 ml lemon squash and 350 g crushed ice in a blender, fill into glasses.
