Heat a pan without fat. Fry the sesame seeds for 2-3 minutes until golden brown. Remove and let cool. Cut the mango off the stone. Peel and roughly dice the flesh. Wash the rocket and drain well. Peel and quarter the onion and cut into fine strips. Coarsely crumble the feta cheese.
For the dressing, put 20 g of fruit pulp, lemon juice, lime juice, honey, salt and curry powder into a mixing bowl and puree. Gradually mix in the olive oil.
Mix rocket, mango, onion, feta cheese and dressing. Arrange on 4 plates and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
