Bring the cream, sugar and vanillin sugar to the boil. Mix starch and milk until smooth and stir into the cream. Bring to the boil while stirring constantly. Remove the pot from the stove. Separate 2 eggs. Whisk egg yolk and 1 egg.
Add 2-3 tablespoons of hot cream and mix well. Stir back into the remaining cream cream. Add Maraschino to the cream. Place pot in an ice-cold water bath. Whisk with a whisk until the cream has cooled down (replace the cold water if necessary).
Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold loosely into the maraschino pudding with a whisk. Fill into dessert bowls and serve.
