  • 1 Organic Lemon
  • 2-3 stem(s) Basil
  • 1 TABLESPOON colourful peppercorns
  • 50 g fresh ginger tuber
  • 5 TABLESPOONS Olive oil

    Wash lemon hot, grate dry and cut into slices. Wash basil, shake dry, pluck off leaves and chop finely. Coarsely crush pepper with a mortar or pot base. Peel ginger and cut into thin slices. Mix oil, lemon wedges, basil, pepper and ginger
