Halve the orange and squeeze the juice. Mix soy sauce, agave thicksaf) and orange juice. Peel garlic and chop finely. Fold in garlic and oil.
Cut the tofu into 20 slices. Pour the marinade over the tofu and leave in the fridge for approx. 6 hours.
Heat the grill pan. Drain the tofu well and fry well. Wash and clean the tomatoes and cut them into pieces. Wash basil, shake dry and pluck leaves from the stalks. Chop coarsely, except for a little bit for garnishing.
Sauté the tomatoes briefly. Arrange tofu, basil and tomatoes on plates.
