Wash the meat, dab dry and cut into large cubes. Peel garlic. Crush in a mortar with 1 teaspoon of salt. Mix olive oil and lemon juice in it. Turn the meat in it and keep it covered and cold for 2 hours. Clean, wash and cut the zucchini into thick slices. Remove the sage leaves.
Cut lemon into slices or wedges. Mix zucchini slices and meat. Put lemon, zucchini, meat and sage alternately on small wooden skewers. Place on a baking tray. Add pepperoni as desired. Cook in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 225 °C/ convection oven: 200 °C/ gas: level 4) for 10-12 minutes and serve. Garnish with a zucchini flower
