Wash the potatoes and cook in boiling water for 15-20 minutes. In the meantime, cut the cucumbers into very thin slices. Wash and chop the herbs. Mix cucumbers, herbs and sour cream. Season with salt, pepper and lemon juice.
Peel onions and cut into rings. Drain and peel the potatoes. Serve with herring fillet, sauce and onion rings. Serve garnished with lemon and lime slices, fresh herbs and dill flowers
