Peel and chop the onion and knead it with minced meat. Season with pepper. Form 8 meatballs from it. Fry the bacon in a pan without fat until crispy, remove. Fry the meatballs in bacon fat for 10-15 minutes.
Cover the frozen beans and cook in boiling salted water for about 8 minutes. Bring 700 ml water and 1 tsp. salt to the boil, remove from the heat. Stir in milk first, then puree flakes. Crumble the bacon, stir into the puree.
Drain the beans and mix with frozen parsley. Arrange everything.
