Peel and finely chop the onion. Knead half of the diced onion, minced meat and quark. Season with salt and pepper. Form small balls from the minced dough. Heat the oil in a pot and fry the balls for about 5 minutes.
Cleaning and washing vegetables. Cut kohlrabi into sticks, carrots into slices. Take meatballs out of the pot. Fry the rest of the onion and vegetables. Pour on broth. Cook everything about 15 minutes. After 5 minutes add the noodles, and after another 5 minutes add the peas.
Add the meatballs and heat up briefly. Wash parsley and chop finely. Flavour soup again. Serve sprinkled with parsley.
