Meatballs with feta cheese

  • 7-10 Tbsp Ingredients.
  • 1 washer Toast
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 250 g Minced beef
  • 1 small egg
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp white pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sweet peppers
  • 100 g Sheep's cheese
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 12 paprika-filled olives
  • some stem(s) flat leaf parsley
  • 7-10 Tbsp wooden skewers

Directions

    Finely grate the toast. Peel onion and garlic and chop finely. Mix minced meat, bread, onion, garlic and egg well. Season to taste with salt, pepper and paprika. Cut feta cheese into 12 cubes.

    Form small balls from the minced dough, pressing a cheese cube into the middle of each. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the balls for about 10 minutes, turning them frequently. Drain the olives, wash the parsley and pluck the leaves from the stalks.

    Skewer meatballs with 1 olive and 1 parsley leaf on small wooden sticks. Results in about 12 pieces.
