Wash the meat, dab dry and cut into about 12 medallions. Heat oil in a pan. Season the meat with salt and fry it in portions for 3-4 minutes while turning. Season with pepper and place in an ovenproof dish.
Wash the tomatoes and add to the meat. Crumble goat's cheese over it. Bake in a preheated oven (electric cooker: 225 °C/ convection oven: 200 °C/ gas: see manufacturer) for approx. 10 minutes. Wash basil, shake dry and pluck leaves from the stalks.
Remove meat from the oven. Garnish with basil and sprinkle with red pepper.
