  • 50 g ripe blackberries
  • 1 (50 g) Kiwi
  • 1 (approx. 150 g) S
  • 1 teaspoon (10 g) liquid honey
  • 1 tsp (5 g) Oat bran
  • 70 ml Buttermilk

Directions

    Rinse and drain the blackberries. Peel the kiwi, quarter it lengthwise and cut it into slices crosswise. Remove seeds from melon, cut the flesh from the skin and dice. Mix the fruit on a plate, sprinkle with honey and sprinkle with oat bran.

    Pour buttermilk over it just before eating.
