Ingredients

  • 600 g mixed minced meat
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Onion soup bag (gourmet style)
  • 5 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 1 small head of oak leaf salad
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 1/2 Cucumber
  • 1 collar Chives
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  • 60 g Roasted onion butter
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Roasted onions
  • 7-10 Tbsp Parsley

Directions

    Knead minced meat, egg and onion soup. Form 8 oval minced steaks from the minced dough. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan. Fry the minced steaks for 10 minutes. Turn from time to time. Clean and wash the salad and pluck into bite-sized pieces. Clean, wash and cut tomatoes into eighths. Wash and slice the cucumber. Wash chives and cut into small rolls. Mix vinegar, salt, pepper, chives and sugar. Beat the remaining oil into the mixture. Mix salad, tomatoes, cucumber and marinade. Cut the fried onion butter with a colored knife into 8 thin slices. Arrange the minced steaks with the salad on plates. Place slices of butter on the steaks. Sprinkle with roasted onions and garnish with parsley. Bread tastes good with it
