Mixed salad with yoghurt and chives dressing

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1 collar Radishes
  • 4 small tomatoes
  • 1 pickled cucumber
  • 1 Rocket salad
  • 2 (150 g each) Mug of whole milk yoghurt
  • 2 TEASPOONS Lemon juice
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp white pepper
  • 1 collar Chives

Directions

    Clean, wash and quarter the radishes and tomatoes. Wash, halve, seed and slice the cucumber. Clean and wash lettuce, take outer leaves to lay out the bowl, cut the rest into strips.

    Arrange the salad ingredients in the bowl. Mix yoghurt and lemon juice, season with salt and pepper. Wash the chives and cut into fine rolls. Sprinkle some over the salad, add the rest to the sauce and serve separately to the salad.
