Mocha pudding with Baileys cream

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 100 g Dark or mocha chocolate
  • 1/2 l Milk
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS Sugar
  • 2-3 TEASPOONS soluble coffee
  • 1 package Pudding powder "chocolate"
  • 7-10 Tbsp (to boil; for 1/2 l milk)
  • 100 g Whipped cream
  • 3-4 Tbsp Baileys liqueur

Directions

    Coarsely grate the chocolate. Stir 6 tbsp. milk, sugar, soluble coffee and pudding powder until smooth. Boil up the rest of the milk. Stir in pudding powder, bring to the boil and simmer for about 1 minute while stirring

    Melt the grated chocolate in the pudding. Let the pudding cool down, stirring frequently. Add the rest of the grated chocolate, except for 2 tbsp., to the pudding and divide into 4 glasses. Chill for at least 2 hours.

    Whip cream until stiff and fold in Baileys. Pour on the pudding and decorate with remaining chocolate shavings
