Rinse fish fillet cold and dab dry. Cut into portion pieces and turn in flour. Season with salt and pepper and fry in 2 tablespoons of hot oil all around for 8-10 minutes. Clean, wash and chop the peppers. Peel and chop onion and garlic. Remove fish from the pan.
