Ingredients

  • 75 g Gouda cheese
  • 2 Spring onions
  • 12 large mushrooms (about 35 g each)
  • 2 thick slices of Kasseler cold cuts (approx. 40 g each)
  • 1 (150 g) Cup of herbs-
  • 7-10 Tbsp Cream cheese
  • 5 TABLESPOONS Fresh cream
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Breadcrumbs
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, black pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Parsley

Directions

    Grate cheese. Clean and wash spring onions and cut into thin rings. Clean and wash the mushrooms and twist out the stems. Chop half of the mushroom stems finely. Dice the smoked pork

    Mix cream cheese, crème fraîche, breadcrumbs, 3/4 spring onions, 3/4 smoked pork loin and chopped mushroom stems. Season cheese cream with salt and pepper

    Grease 4 small ramekins with oil. Put three mushroom heads in each and fill with the cream cheese. Add grated cheese, the rest of spring onions and the remaining K

    Bake the mushrooms in a preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C / convection oven: 175 °C / gas: level 3) for 20-25 minutes. Garnish with parsley as desired
